Payment instruction

To buy the ticket online for some of the lines Commodore Cruises d.o.o provides it is necessary to choose the exact date of  wanted trip and enter all passengers' data. After that the system redirects buyers to the Ouroboros payment gateway where payment is done by the supported credit cards.

Once after payment is done, buyers can print their receipt of purchase which is necessary to have while boarding.

Cancelling boat ride

It is possible to cancel a trip 48 hours max before the departure. In case of cancelling, contact Commodore Cruises d. o.o. by phone or e–mail in time and get money refund.

Postponed boat ride

If boat ride is postponed due to bad weather or unexpected factors Commodore Cruises d.o.o. gives money refund.

We use Ouroboros Payment Gateway internet payment service (http://www.ouroboros.hr)  which consists of very up to date anti–abuse technologies such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) safety protocol with 128-bit data encryption and other security procedures highly advanced. Personal data sharing between the online payment system and authorization centers is done by virtual private network (VPN) which is fully protected of unauthorized access. Your credit card data is delivered directly to the authorization center.
